FCR Operating Procedures

To our FCR Family and Friends:

During these difficult times, FCR is still providing critical services 24/7 to some of the most vulnerable people in our community.  As always, our top priority is the safety and well being of everyone who visits our sites for services.  We are taking every precaution to provide a safe environment for our clients, guests, and employees.

First, we are closely monitoring the latest developments and following guidance from the U.S. CDC, the MA Dept. of Public Health, and the Governor’s office.

Second, we are taking preventative measures to reaffirm your health and safety at our facilities—

·       All of our sites and staff have been supplied with sanitizers and extra cleaning supplies, and we have stepped up our cleaning practices

·       Our staff are conducting limited travel and staying away from conferences and large gatherings

·       We continue to encourage everyone to practice increased hand washing and good personal habits

·       Staff and clients have been informed to stay home if they feel ill.

We take everyone’s well being very seriously and we are doing all we can to ensure you feel safe when coming to FCR.  We are continually monitoring the situation, and should we need to revise our current practices, we will update you accordingly.  Updates on the actions we’re taking can be found at www.fcr-ma.org

For additional information about COVID-19, visit the Center for Disease Control’s website at https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html.

We are all in this together and will continue to treat every client, guest and employee as a member of our family as we have done for over 50 years.  We have weathered many storms, and together we will weather this one!

All the best for your health and well-being,

Patricia Kelleher, CEO

P.S.  To ensure the continued well-being of our clients, we are currently accepting donations for non-perishable food, personal hygiene items, diapers, formula, etc. for our clients.  You can drop these items off at the back door 18 Newton Street, Brockton, MA, Monday-Friday between 9 am and 5 pm.
