Masters Level Therapist/Case Manager - Full Time

Small trauma based mental health program is immediately seeking MSW or similar clinical background and training for the Mental Health Therapist/Case Manger role. This position will work directly with both adults and adolescence who have experienced trauma from domestic violence, sexual violence, human trafficking, and addictions. Multilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. This position is on-site at the Newton Street offices, parking and bus lines are available.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assisting with the mental health intake process for our clients
Working closely with the Director of Mental Health Services
Assisting with programming for FCR’s Child Witness to Violence Services
Carry a small case load of clients
Minimum Requirements:
MSW or similar clinical background and training required
Experience working with adult, adolescent and child clients for individual and family work
Experience with play therapy, trauma work, domestic and sexual violence and addictions
Community and office based support
Valid MA driver’s license, clean driving record and access to personal vehicle helpful
Schedule and Hours:
This position is full-time at 35 hours per week and requires two early evenings per week until 7PM to accommodate work and school schedules
Salary Range: $32-$35 per hour
$500 sign-on bonus to be paid after six months of employment with a positive review.
