Mental Health Case Manager/Therapist

Small trauma based mental health program is immediately seeking MSW or similar clinical background and training for the Mental Health Case Manager/Therapist Role

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with mental health intake process for our clients

  • Work closely with Director of Mental Health Services

  • Assist with programming for FCR’s Child Witness to Violence Services

  • Carry a small caseload of clients

  • Participate in monthly programmatic and agency wide meetings

Requirements

  • MSW or similar clinical background and training required

  • Must have experience working with adult, adolescent, and child clients for individual and family work

  • Experience with play therapy, trauma work, domestic and sexual violence, and addictions are necessary

  • Community and Office-based work

  • Those with multi-language capacity are encouraged to apply

  • Valid MA drivers license, clean driving record, and access to personal vehicle helpful

Salary Range: $29-$31 per hour

Hours:

  • Full-time 35 hours per week with 1 hour unpaid lunch

  • Two evenings until 7PM required to accommodate after school time slots and working parents

  • $500 sign-on bonus to be paid after six months of employment with a positive review
