Ofice Support Staff

Family and Community Resources, Inc. (FCR) is dedicated to serving individuals and families whose lives are impacted by trauma at home, school or in their community. Hours:  28 per week, Tuesday – Friday, 10am - 3pm; Saturday, 8:30am – 4:30pm

Reports directly to:  Coordinator of FBS Services

• Computer and Data Entry skills
• Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively with others
• Highly organized
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work and interact with diverse population
• Bi-lingual in English, Spanish or Portuguese

• Copying and collating Agency documents
• Copying of confidential documentation at the discretion of Director of IPAEP and Visitation Services
• Preparation of new client files for FBS, IPAEP and Visitation Programs
• Filing of client documentation including but not limited to case notes, memo's, case management information and schedules
• Enter all client data into data base as directed
• Make telephone calls to schedule intake appointments and follow up with appropriate paperwork
• Assist during emergency situations
• Monitor children in the waiting area and notify staff as needed
• Organize waiting area on a daily basis or as needed
• Complete and submit written weekly schedule and time sheet to supervisor
• Other duties as assigned

Salary range:  $12 per hour
