Child Clinician
Part-time FFS, Bilingual a plus

Reports Directly To:  Director of Trauma Services

General Description:  Provide survivor focused direct and collateral clinical/case management services to children and adolescents affected by domestic violence, addiction and other forms of trauma

Requirements:
• Masters degree or higher in clinical discipline          
• Licensed or working toward clinical license
• Bilingual: Spanish, Cape Verdean or Haitian Creole a plus
• Clinical experience working with children, families and survivors of domestic violence and trauma
• Flexibility and creativity in the work environment
• Well-organized with good communication skills, written and verbal

Specifics:
• Provide therapeutic services to adolescents and child clients who have experienced domestic violence, addiction and other trauma both clinic and community based
• Provide consultation to families and collateral contacts
• Provide case management as needed for assigned clients
• Provide crisis intervention for assigned clients, as well as to the agency's general client population 
• Carry a mixed caseload of child/adolescent cases
• Attend and participate in supervision as scheduled
• Respond to client and clinic needs as appropriate
• Participate in required administrative and clinical team meetings         
• Complete all necessary clinical, case management and administrative paperwork in a timely manner, including managed care procedures
• Work in accordance with agency philosophy, policies and procedures
• Maintain clinical licensure, if applicable
• Other duties as assigned
